Role Context

  • Providing second line support based on Incident Management and ITILCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktop administration and troubleshooting.
  • Continuous monitoring of the overall GD server environment health using the supplied utilities (Powershell, Zabbix, Aternity, Director).
  • Studio and XA Director user sessions Administration (handling suspended sessions, providing access to the system in the event of hanging server or issues with FSLogix)
  • Overview of capacity and administration of Citrix Hypervisor.
  • Analysis, diagnosis and detection of the causes of complex problems on 2nd line level support.
  • Remote support for end users with Global Desktop related issues.
  • Diagnosis and resolutions of users’ service requests and incidents in Cherwell.
  • Active Roles Administration
  • Configuration and diagnosis of Wyse terminals.
  • Creating, editing and management of individual DSV departments’ subnets within WMS application
