The hiring company is a leading international financial services group with global headquarters in Toronto and operate across offices in Canada, Asia, and Europe.

 

Role Context

  • Manage the deliverables of the team, and identify quickly if SLA, KRI is missed
  • Perform mitigation to recover the SLA, KRI and enforce prevention methodologies
  • Manage end to end onboarding process including logistics, KT, accesses
  • Manage team’s leave, roaster, On-Call and coverage
  • Manage major escalations/P1 from the customer or VIP
  • Assist the team in BAU activity during critical time or emergency
  • Ad hoc reports to the EUT team on the team’s deliverables
  • Daily huddle with the team to identify the key focus for the day
  • Oversee the SNOW queue and identify opportunity to reduce the incidents and automate the request

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience managing large scale team (50-100 engineers) in an enterprise environment for End user technology
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment
  • Drive and improve end user experience with introducing necessary technology and process enhancement
  • Have the right mind set and capabilities to drive automation and process efficiencies
  • People management skill and interpersonal skill
  • Able to handle difficult situation
  • Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team as well as foster the development of high-performance team
  • Having problem analysis/critical thinking mind set
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural diverse environment
  • Basic knowledge & hands-on in MECM & INTUNE
  • Knowledge in common office applications and word processing software such as MS Excel
  • Highly motivated and have the ability to work in a highly demanding, challenging and fast-moving work environment
  • Able to manage responsibilities and team objectives

Good to Have:

  • Hands on in Qualys tool
  • Basic knowledge PowerBI, Grafana
  • Windows 10/11 knowledge
  • Experience in ITSM tool like ServiceNow
