The hiring company is a leading international financial services group with global headquarters in Toronto and operate across offices in Canada, Asia, and Europe.

 

Role Context

• Setting up application & scheduling deployments in MECM & INTUNE
• Troubleshooting application and deployments issues in MECM & INTUNE
• Troubleshooting MECM & INTUNE Infrastructure issues
• Provide application and deployments reports using SQL, CMPivot and PowerShell capability
• Troubleshooting MECM SQL server errors
• Troubleshooting PC level application and deployment errors including MECM & INTUNE logs analysis and recommend solution
• Scheduling Software Update\Patches deployment in MECM & INTUNE and troubleshoot related issues
• Health check MECM, INTUNE, Adaptiva and Client Agents
• Manage, Maintain and Troubleshoot INTUNE Autopilot
• Manage, Maintain and Troubleshoot MECM OSD
• Test, Deploy, and Troubleshoot the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updates
• Update the KB documents

 

Ideal Candidate

• Advanced Technical proficiency with MECM, INTUNE and Adaptiva
• Advanced Technical proficiency with SQL DB especially for MECM operation
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• The ability to multitask and handle opposing priorities and deadlines
• Proven track record of providing support within a large scale, fast-moving global environment
• Be creative and show initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Good to Have Requirements:

• Technical proficiency in Qualys tool or other Vulnerability Management tool
• Windows 10/11 configuration and troubleshooting skill
• Experience working in ITSM tool like ServiceNow
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Experience managing mobile devices in INTUNE
• Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
• Windows and/or End User Device Engineering
• Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification
• Basic of M365 services (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, O365)
• Good Working knowledge of Active Directory, associated tools, and Group Policies
